Delivery within New Zealand
Free freight (Nationwide)
Purchases made for delivery within New Zealand would be charged GST (Goods and Services Tax).
International Delivery
Purchases made for international delivery outside of New Zealand will have 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax) deducted automatically at the checkout.
Shipping for International Customers is supplied by New Zealand Post giving customers the option of Economy or International Courier (EMS). These options are available to you during the checkout stage of processing. The flat rate shipping option is only available by NZ POST Economy service. The International Courier service fees listed have been already discounted to reflect a portion for free freight.

For purchases below $90.00 including GST (local tax), freight charges vary depending on your country zone. The maximum value of any combined items able to be sent is NZD 2000.

The 'Economy' shipping option, does not offer tracking. If you would like to inquire about tracked shipping, please choose 'International Courier' shipping option.
International Courier (EMS) (The estimated delivery time: 3 - 6 working days)
Shipping cost will vary depending on the weight of your purchase and country zone. The maximum value of any combined items able to be sent is NZD 5000. You can check the shipping cost here
*These estimates of delivery times are from NZ POST, however there will be some variation between countries. There may be delays in the delivery estimates due to the impact of Covid-19 and other unforeseen circumstances.
Note: Any import duties or taxes that are levied by the authorities of your country are your responsibility. We recommend that you check your country's import regulations before ordering. The customer will need to pay for any local customs duty or taxes on delivery.
Once your parcel has been collected by NZ post, responsibility for its delivery is with NZ post. Should your parcel become lost Nature Touched will assist you in contacting NZ post so that a satisfactory solution can be found.
There is a mandatory stand down time to allow the goods to be delivered before NZ POST will investigate any potential loss.
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, make sure a physical address is entered in your order.
Please note- Due to Health & Safety regulations we do not accept returns or change of mind on any Infinite Beauty items. We will not be able to accept any refund or return requests due to customers' personal preferences, so please choose carefully.
Orders that contain greater than NZD 1000 of total amount are split into multiple packages and shipping charges are adjusted accordingly.
On arrival to your home destination, please verify and comply with the customs regulations for your country to confirm whether or not a duty fee is required. To withhold duty payment and or failure to declare your postal goods may lead to confiscation of the goods. Please confirm the regulations concerning declarations, customs and duties before choosing to post an item as they vary for each country. Furthermore, if you are not the receiver of the goods (e.g. in the instance where goods were sent as a gift to a third party) the receiver may be required to pay the duty fee. Our store will take no responsibility if you are unable to receive the goods due to the failure to comply with the regulations outlined above. If you are sending goods to a third party please make sure the third party is aware of the impending arrival of the goods. It can often be the case that unanticipated deliveries are refused, therefore incurring a return cost as goods are returned to the point of postage (our store). Please be aware that if this happens we have no choice but to make the customer liable for the costs of any return postage charges and fees that may amount from the return postage of the goods. Our store takes no responsibility if goods are refused entry into a country. The customer should check beforehand whether certain goods are permitted to be taken into their country.
If the goods do not arrive safely, our store will begin a search through NZ POST, which may take up to 30 days to conduct for International Courier and 90 days for Economy post. These time frames are controlled by NZ POST and not Nature Touched. Where goods cannot be found, a replacement item will be sent. If a suitable replacement item is not available an insurance payment will be made for any goods missing to the value of the item up to the maximum value of insurance coverage purchased.
